The references for this sketch were a couple of on-line tutorials in addition to visions of my own. It is done on my favourite smooth surface using both Prisma Premier and Goldfaber colors. A white gel pen was used to make the snowflakes, snow on the sign, trees, fence, roof and to line the walk way. It measures 8 3/4 inches by 11 3/4 inches in size. As days go on and I invest time in colored pencil sketching, more ideas pop into my head. I wonder what this sketch would look like as a professionally printed card! I have been enjoying laying winter scenes on paper and still have interest to complete more of those.
