Spain April 19 - May 11, 2022 Walk to Malgrat de Mar

On this day I was ready to put some kilometres, 18 kms in fact, on my shoes walking north to Malgrat de Mar and back again.  It is reachable by train, boat, bus and car but I opted for by foot.  This is a tourist village with numerous hotels, a campground, and four beaches with the largest beach having a nudist zone.  The Passeig Maritim carries on for the entire length of this seaside village making it easily accessible.

The entire distance for this walk was beautiful.  It is well maintained and cleaned at least on a daily basis.  There were many walkers, runners and some bikers.  There are loads of places to sit along the way, many boardwalks from the Passeig Maritim down to the beaches, the signage is plentiful, there are public washrooms which seemed to be cleaned very regularly throughout the day and the views are continuous.

It felt good to go poolside when I arrived back at my apartment.
